At UnikGears.com we would like each and every customer to have a great shopping experience. However time to time you may want to return your order and ask for refund. We absolutely stay behind your claims however we will not accept returns unless the order shipped is defective or you have simply changed your mind. All sale items are final.
In the event an item shipped is defective or the item is not as described we will offer replacement or refund less postage cost, provided the defective item is reported to us with a photo proof which can be emailed to us within 30 days after receiving your orders.
Please do not ship your order back to our warehouses until the returns are approved by us.
We do our best in describing the items on sale as accurately as possible so we will not accept the returns due to its assumed size colour or weight. It would be your responsibility in picking the right size colour and style before making the purchase.
All returns eligibility must meet following conditions:
- All return related items must be unused, tags and original packaging intact.
- The return items must be in new condition un- altered.
- The return cost is paid by the customer.
All returns must be approved by us where it is your responsibility to notify us with the following :
- Your Full name
- Your full address including your email address and phone number
- Photo proof of the defective item to be sent to info@UnikGears.com
- Order date and your order number
Your return cost for sending the item back to us is to be paid by you. In the event if you have any questions or any concern about your order , our experienced support team can be reached via info@UnikGears.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
A full or partial refund will be given if the items you have received is:
- Item is Broken or Defective - Full Refund
- DOA- Dead on arrival- Exchanged
- Items not as described- Part refund or exchanged with your desired item.
All exchanges are subject to approval. To receive an exchange please email us via info@UnikGears.com .
- Our customer service team will process your return request and send you an return approval.
- Once a return is approved please print out your confirmation and send the item along with the invoice print out to us.
- also you will need to let us know which item you desire as exchange. All shipping cost to be paid by customer.
- After your return is received our customer service will notify you of the approval of exchange.
Your exchanged order will be rushed out to you within 48 hours. Normal delivery time frame will occur for the new item to get delivered to your destination.
